你是雞，是豬，還是鬥雞？

在看Scrum的時候連帶看到了一個寓言The Chicken and the Pig

A pig and a chicken are walking down a road. The chicken looks at the pig and says, “Hey, why don’t we open a restaurant?” The pig looks back at the chicken and says, “Good idea, what do you want to call it?” The chicken thinks about it and says, “Why don’t we call it ‘Ham and Eggs’?” “I don’t think so,” says the pig, “I’d be committed, but you’d only be involved.”

大意是做出一份有雞蛋與培根/火腿的早餐，雞跟豬各自扮演的角色，用來比擬在一個專案或產品內每個人的角色。



裡面提到幾個角色
豬->是暗喻全心投入專案或產品的人。因為作成培根/火腿，豬是要被殺的。
雞->是暗喻只需給與意見跟了解進度的人。因為雞只要下個蛋，就可以繼續他的生活-吃喝拉撒睡。
隱藏角色->鬥雞(或是公雞)->暗喻只會放炮，沒建樹的人。原文 "By extension, a rooster, or gamecock, can be defined as a person who struts around offering uninformed, unhelpful opinions."

一個成功的專案或產品需要豬也要雞，可以確定的是不需要鬥雞。
所以不管我是豬還是雞，只求我自己不要變成鬥雞就好。共勉之～
